Booking Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to request a 25% deposit to secure your booking which may be paid over the telephone using your debit or credit card.

Your right to cancel

The following terms apply to all appointments made for Monday to Saturday – excluding wedding make-up. See below for special terms applicable to wedding make-up and Sunday appointments.

At least 24 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

Cancellation or change of treatment times within 24 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 50% of the full treatment value. If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, guests are reminded that no exceptions to the above conditions will be made and that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract.

How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01926 888477. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours – you may cancel by email but this should be followed up by telephone during salon operating hours. If you have an email address registered with us, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

Sunday bookings

We accept Sunday bookings by special appointment only for between 2-8 guests wishing to book from our range of treatments listed under “special packages”. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure Sunday appointments.

Your right to cancel

Applies to couple or group bookings: A minimum of 72 hours notice is required – otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

Cancellation or change of treatment times within 72 hours of your booking will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.

Wedding make-up

Wedding make-up may be booked up to 6 months prior to your wedding day. We are unable to accept bookings prior to this.

In the event of JUNERAIN becoming unavailable on your wedding day, we reserve the right to provide service through another trained therapist to carry out the application.

Free consultation

You may book one free 15 minute consultation with JUNERAIN to discuss your bridal make-up and the service offered. This is normally offered 3-6 months prior to your wedding day.

Deposits and final payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure any wedding make-up trial(s). This is to be paid at the time of booking. Final payment is due on the day of your make-up trial.

You reserve the right to cancel your wedding day make-up until 72 hours prior to your wedding day. The following charges will be made and late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.

  • More than 61 days notice. Full refund less £15 administration charge.
  • Up to 61 days to wedding day – 30% loss.
  • 60-31 days to wedding day – 50% loss.
  • 30-4 days to wedding day – 75% loss.
  • 3 days or less until wedding day – 100% loss.

Trials: If you wish to change the time of your make-up trial, standard cancellation terms apply.

Gift vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid FOR TWO YEARS from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only at our JUNERAIN salon from Monday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.

Your 6 digit gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session.

Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers – which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).

Our right to cancel

If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.

Your file

You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.

Payment

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website.

You confirm that the credit, debit card, that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

For gift vouchers and products: If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and salon visitors in compliance with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. This policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:

(a) information about your visits to and use of this website;

USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Personal data submitted on this website or provided in salon will be used to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. We will not pass your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing without your express consent provide.

Personal data submitted when booking an appointment with us may include your name, email address, telephone number and any other information regarding you. You provide these personal data voluntarily, through forms on our website or filling the registration forms at salon or appointment booking system or through email you send to us, or through any other means of communication between you and us.

Additionally, we may store data of your past visits eg. appointment types, payment amounts and means (eg. cash or card), notes on any forms thatís been used, existing health conditions that we need to be aware of when performing a treatment. These are all for the health and benefit of yourself and are stored safely.

When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues that you might be facing.

Credit or debit card details are never stored and payment slips are always securely kept.

Only employees and staff members of Junerain may see your personal data when on the premises. Theyíve been trained on data protection and data safety and practice the strictest confidentiality measures.

ACCESSING AND UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you have provided us with your personal information, you may have the right to inspect the information stored by us for accuracy, or may request that the information be removed from our files (right to be forgotten). We may require that you verify your identity before we act on a request to edit or remove your information.

OTHER DISCLOSURES

In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may disclose information about you:

(a) to the extent that we are required to do so by law;

(b) in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;

(c) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk). Except as provided in this privacy policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure servers.

POLICY AMENDMENTS

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information is free of charge, in an electronic format, and will be provided within 30 days.You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.
